Observation

In the playroom is a long cord that is not secured, during child care hours. There was bags in the bathroom, and those were not secured at onsite visit. In the outdoor area, there are over six staples sticking out on a section of the house (by side gate) and those need be removed for safety since they are sharp. Fence has three sections that have broken/sharp edges also.
